 Check-in: from 15:00h to 02:00h

 Check-out: until 12:00h

Cancellation and Payment Policies

- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Non-refundable or modifiable within 2 days prior to arrival.

- Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment required at the time of booking, non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

- Long Stay 7 Rate: Payment required 30 days before the arrival date, non-refundable or modifiable within the 30-day period prior to arrival.

In case of modification of the reservation, the hotel will consider it a new reservation and will update the rate based on the prices, availability, and conditions on the day the modification is made.

 For no-shows or early check-out, the total stay will be charged as a penalty.

Children Policy

-Free accommodation for children under 3 years old.

-Sofa bed for 3rd person and 4th person : 30% surcharge on the rate paid per each extra person

 Room capacity depends on each category, so please ensure you select the correct one.

 Cribs are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed:

-Any pet weighing less than 8kg is welcome.

-An additional charge of 40 EUR per pet per day for bedding, food, and a toy applies.

 -Dogs and cats are allowed at the hotel, with a maximum of two pets per room.

 -Pets cannot be left alone in the room.

-Pet vaccination and deworming documentation must be provided at check-in.

-Pets must behave appropriately and not disturb the peace of other guests.

 -Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and are not allowed access to the pool, garden areas, rooftop terrace, or restaurants.

Bonito Ibiza accepts the following cards:

Maestro, Mastercard, Visa.

Bonito Ibiza accepts these credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount before arrival.

Upon arrival at the hotel, a pre-authorization of €500.00 will be made on your card as a guarantee for any expenses or damages in the room.

The rates include VAT.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be paid directly at the hotel.

By booking through our website, you have received an exclusive 10% discount, and your entry to O Beach Ibiza has been included. Conditions: Daily entry for adults throughout your stay (excluding the departure day) and before 4:00 PM, after 4:00 PM a 50% discount will be offered. Please carry your hotel confirmation to show at the O Beach door to avail the free entry.
